Frequently Asked Questions

What class will my child attend?

Classes are separated by age in levels A,B, and C. Level A is for our younger students who are nonreaders or beginner readers. This would be students of early elementary age. Level B is for proficient readers who are upper elementary and middle school-aged. If needed we will have a Level C class for older middle school age.

All students will attend a morning assembly, that consists of a short Bible lesson and song. Students then have the choice between 2 classes for each of the class periods. Classes can be found here.

When do classes meet?

Once a week on Thursdays from 9:30am-12:00pm. Classes start September 7th. There will be 2 Thursdays with no meeting (October 12th and November 23rd). An expo program will be on Thursday December 7th open to friends and family to check out what students have built, made, and learned through the fall.

What are your beliefs?

The Homeschool Hub at Ada Christian Reformed Church believes that the Bible is to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative and inerrant Word of God. We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three persons-Father, Son and Holy Sprit. We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His victorious and atoning death, his resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal return in power and glory. You can read more here.
